First Elder (Worship)-Acting Senior Pastor
Pastor Cynthia Lee has attended Trinity Chapel since 1999. Cynthia has lead, served, and/or supported nearly every ministry and outreach effort at Trinity Chapel. She has served as Third Elder (Treasurer), Technical team lead, Trinity Chapel’s Girl Scout Troop leader and is currently serving as Family Fusion Elementary Bible Teacher, First Elder (Worship) and Acting Senior Pastor.
Cynthia began her Pastoral journey under the tutelage of Pastor Ryan Bash. She received her degree in Pastoral Ministries from Ohio Christian University. Following graduation she was sponsored on a Walk to Emmaus and has sponsored four others on their Walk to Emmaus. She has been on four mission trips, served on four Kairos weekends at the Ohio Reformatory for Women, served on the Kairos ORW Advisory Council and received her CCCU Local Preacher License from Trinity Chapel in 2016. Cynthia and her family are devoted to saving the lost and serving those in need.
Cynthia also has a Public Manager Certification from The Ohio State University’s John Glenn School for Public Affairs. She and husband, James, have been married 29 years. They have four daughters and seven grandchildren.

Central Ohio Emmaus Board: Liaison to the Kairos Prison Ministry.
Certified Trainer of the Stan Toler Leadership Ministry in Church Growth and Leadership.
Lifelong resident of North Lewisburg, Ohio. Married 20 years to my Beautiful Bride, Susan Marie Margetta Castle. Parents of 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren.

Chris Retterer has been the Secretary for Trinity Chapel since August, 2017. She lives outside of Milford Center with her husband Don, and her two children: Hannah and Eden. She and her family attend Trinity Chapel, regularly and they are involved in many ministries at the church.
